摘要
中国申遗工作面临新形势、新挑战,要取得申遗成功,首先要论证遗产的价值、加强保护管理、提高专业素养、进行比较研究。其次对世界遗产申报的基本标准、基本程序要有全面的了解。最后对申遗计划要作全盘考虑,加强管理、规划和监测工作,逐步实施。
The world heritage declaration work is facing new conditions and new challenges. To be successful in the declaration, the value of the heritage shall be proved at first, and the protection and management shall also be strengthened; in addition, the professional quality of relevant personnel shall be improved as well, and comparative research shall also be carried out. Next, the basic standard and procedure of world cultural heritage declaration shall be understood. Last, the heritage declaration plan should be considered completely so as to strengthen the management, planning and monitoring and facilitate the gradual implementation.
