摘要
“参数设计”的可操作性及设计对象的质量特性求解是参数设计方法推广应用所必须解决的问题。本文对电路可靠性参数设计ＣＡＤ软件进行了研究， 并以电路ＣＡＡ软件ＰＳＰＩＣＥ作为参数设计中质量特性的求解工具， 实现了参数设计过程的自动完成。经实例验证表明， 该软件设计正确， 算法可靠。
The operatibility of “parameter design” and quality characteristic solution to design objectives are the problems to be solved in the extension and application of parameter design method. This paper studies CAD software in circuit reliabile parameter design, with PSPICE in circuit CAA software as the tool to solve the problems of quality characteristic in parameter design, auto completion in parameter design process is achieved. The practical tests indicate that the software design is right and that algorithm is reliable.
