摘要
给出了基于Wollaston棱镜的对称分束角偏光分束镜的一种新的设计思路,即通过在Wollaston棱镜后加两块三角形晶体来实现出射光束的对称分束。并以632.8nm波长为例,研究了结构角为35°时两块晶体的角度与分束角的关系。结果表明,这种设计不但能实现光束的对称分束,而且还可以扩大分束角的范围。
A new designing of symmetric polarization beamsplitting prism is given,the prism realizes symmetric beamsplitting through adding two triangle crystal after wollaston prism.At 632.8nm,the relations between angle of triangle crystal and splitting angle is reseached when structural angle is 35°.The result shows that this kind of prism not only can realize the beams symmetric splitting, but can enlarge splitting angle.
