摘要
文中介绍了一种新型液位计,它是基于磁浮测量原理,但是选用了霍尔开关器件为敏感元件,它克服了干簧的缺欠,满足了测量高温介质的要求,可达1m m 的分辨度。测量精度也大有提高。
The transmitter of a liquidometer based on a magnetofloator, tongue relays are its end instrument, is simple in construction and low in price. Factories at home and abroad have those product. However tongue relays have a few shortcomings, for example operating temperatute is low, size is big,resolution and accuracy is quite poor, As result there is limit to use them.The paper introduces a new type liquidometer, the measuring principle is the same as indicated above, but Hall effect switches have been selected as the sensitive element.The meter overcomes insufficiency of tongue relays. The new type liquidometer can be used at operating higher temperature range, The resolution can reach to l millimeter, its accuracy is much higher too.
