摘要
笔者从少数民族地区双语教育的实际情况出发,从政策和理论的层面入手,分析我国民族教育科学发展的指导方针。双语教育是我国少数民族教育科学发展之路,文章深入探讨了促进我国少数民族双语教育事业科学发展的途径。
This paper discusses how to promote the scientific development of Bilingual Education in ethnic minority regions in China based on the study of the current circumstances of the Bilingual Education,the official policies and the guide-lines on the scientific development of the education in such regions and the related theories in this field.
