摘要
对提高锰硅的回收率及生产实践进行总结,从电炉功率因数、合适的极心圆直径、精料入炉、二次电压的选择、优选还原剂、低导电性炉衬、合理的渣型、延时熔炼等工艺参数选择的合理性,对提高回收率进行论述探讨。提高电炉功率因数、合适的极心圆直径及原料粒度对提高元素回收率有积极意义。
Specific to how to improve MnSi recovery rate,carried through a summary for the excellent production practice. Discussed the improvement of recovery rate from following respects:power factor of electric furnace,suitable diameter of electrode circle,beneficiated material charge,selection of secondary voltage,optimization of reductant,furnace lining with low conductivity,reasonable type of slag,delay of smelting of rational selection of technological parameters.It has positive significance to improve the power factor,suitable diameter of electrode circle and particle size of raw material for the improvement of element recovery rate.
