Effect of Catalyst on Combustion Property of TEGDN Propellant Charge

摘要 为了研究催化剂对太根发射药装药燃烧性能的影响,将二茂铁、氢氧化镍、草酸镍、硝酸镍、铁酸镍5种不同催化剂加入太根发射药中,利用密闭爆发器实验研究了不同催化剂对太根发射药燃速和燃速压力指数的调节规律.实验结果表明,催化剂可以有效地调节太根发射药的燃速;在50~150 MPa测试压力区间内,草酸镍可以提高发射药燃速6.3%以上,降低太根发射药燃速压力指数14.58%.弹道结果表明,在太根发射药中添加草酸镍能使火炮初速提高1.64%. To research effect of catalyst on the charge combustion performance of TEGDN propellants,five kinds of catalysts including ferrocene,nickel hydroxide,nickel oxalate,nickel nitrate and nickel ferrous acid,were added into TEGDN propellants.The adjusting regularity of different catalysts affecting burning rate and burning rate pressure exponent of TEGDN propellants were studied by closed bomb experiments.The experimental results show that the burning rate of TEGDN propellants can be effectively regulated by catalysts.In the test pressure range of 50 MPa to 150 MPa,nickel oxalate can improve the burning rate of TEGDN propellants by more than 6.3% and decrease the burning rate pressure exponent by 14.58%.The results of internal ballistic experiments show that the muzzle velocity can increase by 1.64% while nickel oxalate is added to TEGDN propellants.
