从分子生物学理论谈用多不饱和脂肪酸养殖瘦肉猪

摘要 多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)能够通过调节转录因子和PUFA的代谢转化产物,调控脂肪代谢相关酶基因的表达,影响脂肪代谢相关酶的活性,减少动物体脂沉积,提高动物瘦肉率和屠宰率。紫苏籽提取物(优生素)富含仪一亚麻酸、亚油酸等PUFA,从分子生物学理论来讲,具有减少动物体脂沉积、提高动物瘦肉率和屠宰率、改善动物胴体品质等功效,因此非常适合用于瘦肉猪养殖。 Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) can regulate the gene expression of fat metabolism enzyme, affect the activity of fat metabolism enzyme, reduce animal fat deposition, improve lean meat and animal slaughter rate by regulation of transcription factors and the metabolic conversion products of PUFA. Ziyue Growth Optimizing Agent(ZGOA) is rich in α -linolenie acid, linoleie acid and other PUFA. So it has function of redueing animal fat deposition, improving lean meat and animal slaughter rate, improving the quality of animals ketone bodies and so on in terms of molecular biology, and it is suitable for breed rack of lean pork.
