摘要
本文通过在体外观察螺旋藻对双岐杆菌、乳杆菌等肠道细菌生长的促进作用,探讨和证明螺旋藻在调整肠道菌群,改善肠道内环境方面,作为一种对益生菌生长有促进作用的物质(益生元)的可能性。用改良的TPY和GAM培养基作为螺旋藻添加剂的基质,可使螺旋藻对细菌的增殖作用明显显示出来。当钝顶螺旋藻在浓度为 0.05、0.025、0.01、0.005(W/W)时,对六种双歧杆菌的生长促进作用与对照组差异高度显著( P< 0.01),当螺旋藻的实验浓度设定在0.05(W/W)时,对乳杆菌的生长促进作用与对照组差异高度显著(P<0.01);而对肠道其它细菌:大肠埃希氏菌、粪链球菌、产气英膜梭菌及类杆菌的生长无促进作用(P>0.05)。
In the present experiments, Spirulina platensis was used to test its effects of balance and improvement on intestinal microbiota. Spirulina combing with improved TPY and GAM were used as me dia.It is verified that the media can stimulate intestinal microbiota, The results showed that the growth rates of six strains of Bifidobacterium were significantly higher than the control groups (P < 0. 01 ) with Spirulina(0 .05,0 .025,0 .01 and 0 .005 W/W)and Lactobacillus with Spiralina (0 .05 W/W). For the other bacteria in gut, Spirulina showed no stimulating effect on growth. The effect of Spirulina platensis on selective stimulating the growth of beneficial becteria intestinal was observed. Spirulina being used as pre biotics was demonstrated in vitro.
