惯导组件的计算机检测系统

摘要 针对惯导组件输出脉冲检测系统测量范围小、稳定性和可靠性低、数据处理和存储时系统功耗急剧增加的缺点,设计了一种高速的惯导组件的计算机检测系统.该系统以Atmega128单片机和FPGA为核心,对惯导组件输出的12路脉冲每20 ms进行一次采集,利用单片机对采集上来的数据进行处理,把处理完成的数据从串口输出到测控计算机,进行实时显示和存储,实现了对1 Hz~1.636 MHz之间信号频率的测量,满足测试要求. The detection system for inerial components output pulse has the shortcomings of small measuring range,low stability and reliability and high power consumption in data processing and storage.In order to solve these problems,a high-speed computer detection system of inertial components was designeed.With Atmega128 single-chip microcomputer and FPGA as its core,the system measured the output pulse of 12 channels every 20 ms.The collected data was processed with MCU.Then the processed data was output to the control computer through a serial port for real-time display and storage.The frequency of the signals,which can be measured by the system,ranges from 1 Hz to 1.636 MHz,meeting the actual test requirements.
