摘要 目的了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者甲状腺影像学和甲状腺功能改变及其与病情活动相关性。方法应用同位素放射免疫法对46例患者进行甲状腺素水平及甲状腺抗体测定,应用放射性同位素99mTc过得酸盐进行甲状腺静态显像分析。结果TSH正常,TF3、FT3、TT4、FT4均数值较对照组显著下降;58.7%SLE甲状腺面积减少、重量减轻,65.2%摄很能力降低。结论SLE患者普遍存在的甲状腺功能低下,血清甲状腺素水平改变与SLE病情活动密切相关:SLE可与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病并存。 Objective To understand functional changes and radionuclide imaging of the thyroid gland in systemic lupuserythematosus (SLE) and to define the relatives between these changes and the course of disease. Methods The serum levels ofthriod antibody were detected by redioimmunoassay in 46 patents with SLE (patient group) and 19 normal subjects (control group).The thyroidal static imaging was acquired and 99m Tc uptake parameters were measured after injection of 99m Tc in both groups.Results The level of throxin was lower in patients group than in control group. 27/46 (58.7%) patients showed the decreases inthyroid size and weight. 99m TC uptake parameter was reduced in 30/46 (65.2%) patients. There was a close relationship between thelevel ofthyroxin and severity of the disease. Conclusions Hypothyroidism is common in SLE. The thyroxin level in serum may berelative to the course of SLE. SLE may be accompanied by autoimmune thyroid disease.
