摘要
校本教研是"以校为本的教学研究",校本教研的核心是培育校本教研生态文化。校本教研生态文化体系是一个有机整体,包括物质文化体系、精神文化体系和制度文化体系。校本教研生态文化建设的途径和方法,不是单向的,而是要通过"自下而上"与"自上而下"的双向结合,相互联系、相互制约,才能发挥校本教研生态文化系统的最大功能。
School-based educational research is school-based teaching and research,and the essence is fostering school-based educational research and ecological culture construction.The school-based educational research and ecological culture system is an organic entirety,it includes three systems of material culture,spiritual culture,and institutional culture.The construction methods of the school-based educational research and ecological culture is combination with top and bottom not from one direction,but two bidirections.The school-based educational research prescription can play the most important function of ecological and cultural system,only if both interrelated constraints.
