摘要
学生社区作为学生学习、生活和思想交流的主要场所,是学生综合素质培养和成长成才的重要阵地。本文结合上海大学理学院的实际,探讨了研究生与本科生同住,成立研本结对共建临时党支部,创新党建新途径的重要意义和可行性,并从工作机制、活动方式及评价机制等方面进行了实践探索。
Student community,which is an important way to cultivate students,is considered as the most important place for studying,living and ideas communicating.Based on the facts of College of Sciences,Shanghai University,we explore a new Party construction form which postgraduate and graduate living together through their working together temporary Party branch in student community,and expatiate on its essentiality and feasibility.Practice and exploration will be given from following aspects,working mechanisms,activities and assessment and evaluation to the long-term mechanism.
