摘要
综放工作面的煤层自燃是制约安全生产的主要因素。本文针对兴阜煤矿2312综采工作面的实际情况,提出了氮气与发泡剂联合使用的防火技术,介绍了防治自然发火的作用机理。现场实际应用表明,氮气与发泡剂联合防火技术降低了煤炭自燃发火的危险性,具有良好的预防自燃发火效果。
The surface with spontaneous combustion of the coal face is the key factors ：retarding safety in production. The paper proposed the fire prevention technology that uses a combination of nitrogen and blowing agent with concrete conditions of the 2312 face in XINGFU coal, and introduced the functional mechanism of preventing spontaneous combustion, we conducted a field application which ends with good resuhs, and the Fire Prevention Technology that uses a combination of Nitrogen and Blowing Agent have decreased risk of spontaneous combustion.
