摘要 目的探讨神经生长因子(NGF)对下颌骨骨折愈合的作用。方法 30只白兔随机分为NGF组和对照组,每组15只;制作右下颌骨骨折模型,立即行钛夹板固定。实验组行NGF0.4μg/d局部注射,对照组用生理盐水替代。术后第7、14、28天处死,切取下颌骨,利用骨密度仪和钼靶X-线测量骨折处骨痂密度和灰度,骨组织切片作形态计量学测量。结果术后第7、14、28天,NGF组骨折处骨痂密度和灰度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);术后第14、28天,NGF组骨痂处成骨细胞指数、骨小梁面积百分比和平均骨小梁宽度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论外源性NGF可促进下颌骨骨折愈合。 Objective To study the role of nerve growth factor(NGF) in fracture healing of mandible.Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into NGF and control groups.After establishing right mandible fracture model and then fixing with titanium plate,the animals received local injection of 0.4 μg/d NGF or normal saline for 7 days.The rabbits were sacrificed,and the mandibles were removed 7,14,and 28 days after operation.The density,gray scale and morphometry of osteotylus were detected by bone densitometer,molybdenum target X-ray and HE stain,respecyively.Results The density and gray scale of osteotylus were significantly higher in NGF group than those in control group(P0.01) on days 7,14 and 28 postoperation.Osteoblast index,percentage of trabecular volume and trabecular thickness increased remarkably in NGF group on days 14 and 28 postoperation compared with control group(P0.01).Conclusion Exogenous NGF can promote the fracture healing of mandible.
