摘要
根据高低机中存在碟簧缓冲装置的实际问题,将其引入到齿轮齿弧接触/碰撞的火炮动力学模型中,以某牵引火炮为研究对象,建立其12自由度多体动力学模型,研究在碟簧作用下炮口的扰动问题,研究结果表明:引入缓冲装置后,炮口的扰动情况加剧,扰动频率下降,齿轮齿弧的接触力下降,为高低机、齿轮和齿弧的设计提供依据。
According to the physical problem of disk spring buffer unit existing in elevation mechanism,the effect of buffer unit was brought into the dynamics model for the contact/impact between arc and gear.A towed gun was used for the research,and its dynamics model with 12 DOF was built.The disturbance problem of muzzle was studied with the effect of disk spring.The conclusion is:the disturbance of muzzle was aggravated,the disturbance rate was reduced and the contact force between arc and gear decreased when bringing in the effect of buffer unit.The conclusion can offer a basis for the design of elevating mechanism,gear and arc.
