摘要
为了提高磨机台时产量,公司多次召开专题会议研究,并成立了台时产量攻关小组,制定了目标及措施,通过近一年的努力,取得了一定的成果。1#、2#磨机攻关目标14.5 t/h,实际完成15.58 t/h。4#磨机攻关目标12 t/h,实际完成12.34 t/h,2009年比2008年同比提高1.68 t/h。
The paper introduces the targets and specific measures for improving the machine-hour productivity of cement mill in Xinta Cement Co.,Ltd.,which have effectively improved the machine-hour productivity of No.1 and No.2 cement mill by 1.08t/h from the target of 14.5t/h to actual finish of 15.58t/h and No.4 by 0.34t/h from 12t/h to 12.34t/h after a-year efforts with the growth of 1.68 t/h in 2009 comparing to the year of 2008.
