摘要
EAST超导托卡马克是我国开展受控核聚变研究的新一代实验装置,低杂波电流驱动系统(LHCD)是在该装置中维持长脉冲等离子体和改善其等离子体约束的重要手段之一。LHCD要求一台低相位噪声、高稳定度的频率源。使用锁相环技术,通过良好的方案设计和合理的电路布局,研制了一台4.6G频率源,作为该系统微波驱动电路的信号源。
Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST)is a new experiment equipment for doing controlled nuclear fusion research in China, Lower Hybrid Current Drive system is one of the most important methods to maintain plasma for a long duration and improve restriction of it. A low phase noise,high frequency stabilization Synthesizer is needed in LHCD. Based on PLL technology, elaborately designing and advisable layout of the PCB ,a 4.6GHz Frequency Synthesizer was successfully realized which used as the source of the microwave drive system.
