摘要
目的比较动力髋螺钉(DHS)与解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 105例股骨粗隆间骨折随机分为DHS组49例和解剖钢板组56例,分别采用DHS与解剖钢板进行内固定治疗,观察两组术中出血量、术后引流量及下地、愈合时间和并发症发生情况。结果 DHS组在术中出血量、术后引流量少于解剖钢板组,下地时间早于解剖钢板组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组愈合时间、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折时可减少术中出血量和术后引流量,缩短下地时间,促进功能恢复。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of dynamic hip screw (DHS) and anatomical plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures. Methods 105 cases of intertrochanterie femoral fractures were randomly divided into DHS group (n = 49) and plate fixation group( n = 56), and were treated with DHS or plate fixation respectively. The intraoperative bleeding and postoperative draining volume, ambulation time, healing time and the complications were observed. Results When compared with that in the plate fixation group, the observation result in the DHS group showed fewer intraoperative bleeding and postoperative draining volume, earlier ambulation time, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P 〈 0. 05), but there was no significant difference of healiug time and complication incidents between the two groups(P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion DHS in treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures can reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative draining volume, shorten ambulation time and promote functional rehabilitation.
