摘要
用12种不同 VA 菌根真菌对甜橙[Citrus sinensis(L.)Osbeck]幼苗进行接种。结果表明,接种 Glomus vesiculiferum、Gl.epigaegm 和 Gl.monospo rum 的幼苗菌根感染率最高,它们对幼苗的生长促进作用也最大。对甜橙幼苗接种 Gl.epigaeum 形成的菌根发育过程、菌根结构的形态、菌根感染强度和幼苗的生长关系进行了观察。对幼苗地上部分和根部所含的主要营养元素、氨基酸、激素、脂肪和糖类等有机物质进行了分析比较,并用扫描电镜和 X射线能谱仪对菌根的超微结构进行了微区分析。
A set of experiments on inoculation ofCitrus sinensis seedlings with 12 different VAmycorrhizal fungi were carried out in con-tainers in greenhouse conditions.In results,Glomus vesiculiferum,Gl.epigaeum and Gl.monosporum were proved as the most effec-tive mycorrhizal fungi both in mycorrhizalinfection and in growth response.The my-corrhizae synthesized by Gl.epigaeum onCitrus seedlings,including the intensity ofmycorrhizal infection,infection process andvertical distribution of mycorrhizae on theroot system,chemical analysis,contents ofsaccharides,hormones,amino acids and fattyacids of roote and plants,as well as the Xray microanalysis of mycorrhizal ultrastruc-tures were studied in details.
