离子液体中木质素磺酸催化果糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛 被引量:4

Production of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural from Fructose Catalyzed by Lignosulfonic Acid in Ionic Liquid

摘要 以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Bmim]Cl)为溶剂、木质素磺酸为催化剂,催化果糖转化生成5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF).考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及溶剂对HMF产率的影响.结果表明,在[Bmim]Cl中,果糖可快速转化为HMF,产率可达91%.另外,考察了利用菊糖制备HMF的可行性. This paper studied the production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) from catalyzed by fructose Lignosulfonic acid in ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(Cl).The effects of catalyst amount,reaction temperature,reaction time and reaction solvent on HMF yield were investigated.The results indicated that fructose was converted into HMF rapidly and efficiently in Cl with a 91 % HMF yield.The feasibility of producing HMF from inulin was also studied.
