摘要
目的:通过临床随机对照研究分析角度牵引结合功能锻炼治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果,探索颈椎颈肌肉功能的重要作用以及保持动静力平衡在治疗颈椎病上发挥的疗效。方法:2008年2月～2010年2月就诊的门诊患者60例,随机分为两组,观察组和治疗组每组各30例,治疗组实行常规治疗和功能锻炼,观察组只有常规治疗。结果:经过半年的随访,通过日本田中靖久的20分法评定方法,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能锻炼对神经根型颈椎病的治疗恢复疗效显著,并能够有效防止其复发。
Objective：To analysis of randomized controlled clinical study combined with functional exercises traction point of nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated the clinical efficacy,and explore cervical neck muscle exercise in the treatment of cervical disease to maintain the important role of dynamic and static balance.Methods：The outpatient visits treatment of 60 patients from February 2008 to February 2010 were designed to be simple single-blind randomized clinical trial divided into 2 groups,each group had 30 patients.Conventional treatment group applicated therapy and functional exercise,while treatment group observed with conventional only.Results：All patients were followed up for six months.By 20 points in Japan Tianzhong Jing-old method for evaluation of methods,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cervical nerve root non-surgical treatment is the treatment of functional exercise routine,it can effectively prevent its recurrence.
