摘要
目的观察中药灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效,总结护理经验。方法 78例慢性结肠炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组各39例,2组均予健脾止泻汤口服治疗。观察组另用健脾止泻汤保留灌肠,对照组采用西药灌肠液保留灌肠,观察2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.9%高于对照组的76.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎,结合合理的护理措施可收到显著效果。
Objective To observe the effect of enema therapy of chronic colitis,and to summarize the nursing experiences.Methods 78 cases of chronic colitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group.Both groups received Jianpizhixie decoction treatment.The observation group was added retention enema treatment with Jianpizhixie soup,but the control group received Western medicine enema retention enema,the clinical efficacy in both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94.9%,but 76.9% in the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine enema in treatment of chronic colitis with reasonable nursing care can achieve significant effect.
