摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在烧结温度为1 373K条件下制备出了双钙钛矿结构的Sr2FeMoO6化合物,并通过X射线衍射分析、原子力显微镜分析、热重-差示扫描量热分析以及PPMS测试系统对样品的表面形貌、相形成以及磁学性能进行了分析。结果表明:制备的样品为纯相,颗粒度均匀,晶界清晰,品质较高;当烧结温度大于1 023K时,即可成相;在外场为30 000Oe下,温度为10K和300K时样品的磁电阻分别达到16.25%和5%。
The double-perovskite Sr2FeMoO6 compound have been prepared at 1 373K by sol-gel method.The sample's microcosmic shapes,phase formation and Magnetic properties were systematically investigated by means of X-ray diffractometer,atomic force microscope,the thermogravimetric-DSC analysis and Physical Property Measurement System(PPMS).The results indicated that the prepared sample is pure phase,the sample particle size uniformity,grain boundary clear and higher quality.And if the sintering temperature is higher than 1 023K,the sample will become phase.When external field is 30 000Oe and the temperature of the sample for the 10K and 300K,magnetoresistance is 16.25% and 5% respectively.
