摘要
目的观察他扎罗汀乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将86例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组45例,应用他扎罗汀乳膏与卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗;对照组41例,单独外用他扎罗汀乳膏治疗。疗程8周,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组显效率为91.1%,对照组显效率为70.7%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论他扎罗汀乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗扁平疣临床效果理想。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of tazarotene cream and BCG polysaccharide and nu- cleic acid injection on verruca plana. Methods A total of 86 patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into the treatment group（45cases）treated with tazarotene cream and BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection and the contrast group （41cases）treated with tazarotene cream . The course of treatment for both groups was 8 weeks . The clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results The obviously effective rates in the treatment group and in the contrast group were 91.1% and 70.7% respectively . There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of tazarotene cream and BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection can produce better cnr^tlvo offoet.
