摘要
针对目前我国高校面临的举债、舞弊等财务风险,文章提出高校应设置财务风险管理机构、建立财务风险管理制度并使之有效运行,以预防、化解各种财务风险,为我国高校的健康可持续发展提供帮助。
This paper proposes that the colleges and universities should set up management department of financial risks,and must establish management systems of financial risk,and make the management systems operation effectively in order to prevent and erase a variety of financial risks such as the debt and fraud.
