摘要
稻米作为花腰傣经济生活中的主要产品,日常饮食也多是围绕稻米展开的。在日常生活中食用稻米注重的是其使用价值,但在岁时年节、人生礼仪、社会交往等特殊的时间和空间,稻米的历史文化价值则凸显出来,成为独一无二的历史文化载体,具有符号和象征的作用,与"花腰傣"文化情感、群体认同具有密切的联系。文章从文化人类学角度入手分析,比较直观、系统地呈现"花腰傣"社会中稻米的历史文化价值,整合分析了稻米在花腰傣社会传统文化中的地位、作用和文化象征。
As an important of living food,rice is important in people＇s lives.Our daily foods are always developed by rice.In daily lives,the value of use takes more importance for wrapping abdomen,satisfying the needs of physiological needs and accomplishing the continuation of the live.However,when it comes to the holidays,etiquettes and social intercourse,rice has values in culture which is the only carrier of history and culture and has the function of signing and symbolizing and has a close relation to Huayaodai＇s cultural affection.This paper presents the historical culture value in a direct and systematic way,and makes an analysis of its position,function and cultural symbol in social traditional culture.
