摘要
采用单片机技术研制了一套应用于钢坯剪断机的温度监控系统；该系统使用温度传感器对机床关键部位的温度参数进行实时采集，并使用单片机对之进行处理，以数字方式醒目地显示出来；
A temperature measuring system is developed. This system measures the temperatures of important machine tool parts by using sensors and single chip microprocessor. Also,this system has the following functions:pointing out the fault sources,giving warning signals in form of voice and light,and protecting the machine tool. By using the system,the machine tool works in the state of safety.
