不同电沉积因素对CuBr形貌的影响

摘要 考察了pH、温度和沉积电压对CuBr形貌的影响.实验结果表明:在电沉积溶液pH为1.0~5.0时,CuBr沉积形貌主要以正四面体形状为主,随着pH值增大开始有纳米片状结构出现;温度为60~80℃时,电沉积CuBr呈现蜂窝状为主的碎块形貌;当沉积电压控制在-0.40~0.05 V时,CuBr形貌由三角形面变为不规则的纳米片状结构. The effects of solution pH,temperature,applied potentials on the morphologies of electrodeposited CuBr were studied.The experimental results showed that when pH was 1.0~5.0,morphologies assumed mainly regular tetrahedron,platelike structure began to appear with pH increased;the honeycomb fragments were appeared at 60~80 ℃;when applied potentials was-0.40~0.05 V,triangle changed into irregular platelike structure.
