摘要
港口物流人才的缺乏已成为北部湾经济区快速发展过程中一个核心问题。港口物流人才的需求特点决定了其培养模式与其它专业的培养模式有着很大的差异。文中通过对北部湾港口人才的需求现状以及广西港口物流人才培养模式的现状进行分析研究,从港口物流应用人才的培养目标、培养时间分配模式、课程体系、校企合作、师资队伍等方面进行论述,提出了新型的港口物流应用型人才的培养模式。
The lack of port logistics personnel has become a core issue in Guangxi Northern Gulf Economic Region development.The characteristics of market demand for port logistics personnel determine its training mode is quite different from other professional training mode.Based on the current situation of market demand in Guangxi northern gulf ports,the article analyzes the actual training mode of port logistics personnel in Guangxi province and proposes a new applied training mode with all perspectives of the training objectives,training time allocation,curriculum,school-enterprise cooperation,and the faculty ability.
