摘要
在酸性介质中,硫化物与对氨基二甲基苯胺形成亚甲蓝,并与十二烷基磺酸钠缔合,可使吸光度提高.该缔和物于660nm处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数为120×104L·mol-1·cm-1,S2-含量在0~24μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.该方法用于天然水中微量硫化物的测定。
In the acid medium,sulfide forms methylene blue with N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylene diamine.The sensitivity of the reaction has been made up by adding sodium dodecane sulfonate.The maximum absorption of the association compound is at 660nm and the molar absorptivity is 1 20×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~24 μ g/25ml.The present method has been applied to determine the sulfide in natural water with satisfactory results.
