摘要
社会团体是构成社会保障的主要内容之一,也是促进公共卫生体系发展的重要推动因素。民国时期,灾害频发,战乱连年,传染病肆虐,面对疫病的广泛流行,国民政府虽然采取了必要措施,但由于政局不稳等因素,政府对疫病防控力度不够,与此同时,社会团体与慈善机构积极行动,承担起了向民众宣传疫病防治知识的责任,积极开展各项防疫工作,推动了民国时期公共卫生体系的发展进程。
Social organizations constitute the main content of the social security,but also promote the development of public health system.During the period of The republic of China,because of frequent disasters and war,China faced all kinds of infectious.Nationalist Party Government take the necessary measures to control the infectious,However,the results was not well.Therefore,some social organizations gone into action actively ,they gave publicity the knowledge of disease control and prevention and developed various epidemic prevention.
