贵阳市猪肉中三种食源性致病菌的耐药性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用琼脂稀释法,考察贵阳市猪肉中3种食源性致病菌(沙门氏菌Salmonella、志贺氏菌Shigella Castella-ni、空肠弯曲菌C.jejuni)对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢噻呋钠、卡那霉素、氨苄西林、链霉素、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、四环素、磺胺嘧啶钠10种抗菌药物的耐药现状。结果表明,3种食源性致病菌对10种抗菌药物的耐药率普遍较高,其中沙门氏菌和空肠弯曲菌对四环素的耐药率均达到100.0%。志贺氏菌的多重耐药主要集中在五重到七重之间,而沙门氏菌和空肠弯曲菌主要集中在七重至十重。说明贵阳市猪肉中沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌和空肠弯曲菌对多种抗菌药物呈现不同程度的耐药性,且多重耐药的比例较大。 Using agar dilution method,the bactericide tolerance level of Salmonella of Shigella Castellani and C.jejuni isolated from pork to ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,ceftiofur sodium,kanamycin,ampicillin,streptomycin,amoxicillin,gentamicin,tetracycline,and sulfadiazine sodium was investigated in Guiyang City.High tolerance rates to 10 bactericides in all strains of Salmonella,Shigella Castellani and C.jejuni were observed,and the tolerance of Salmonella and C.jejuni to tetracyclin were 100.0%.The majority of Shigella Castellani was multi-drug tolerance strains,and their tolerance spectrum ranged from 5 to 7 kinds of bactericided,and the tolerance spectrum of Salmonella and C.jejuni were mostly 7 to 10 kinds of bactericides.Therefore,it might be concluded that Salmonella,Shigella Castellani and C.jejuni isolated from pork varied in the tolerances to 10 bactericides in Guiyang City.
