摘要
以固相反应法成功获得单一立方相的钙钛矿型化合物,BaCe1-xNDxO3-α。采用交流阻抗谱技术分别在空气、氧气和氩气以及不同水蒸气分压的湿空气中,于300~750℃范围内研究Nd掺杂的BaCeO3样品的电学性质。实验发现,样品在氧气和氩气中的电导率均高于空气中的电导率;另外,电导率随着气氛中的水蒸气压提高而增大,最后趋向于饱和。同时电导活化能却明显地随水蒸气分压的升高而下降,从缺陷物种平衡观点和质子和氧离子电导共存的机制进行了讨论,给予了合理解释。
Perovskite BaCe1-xNdxO3-αof cubic structure was Prepared by a solid state reaction. Conductivity measurements on Nd -doped BaCeO3 were performed by using ac - complex impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 300~750℃ in argon, air, oxy-gen and wet air with different water partial pressures respectively. The conductivity in both oxygen and argon is larger than that in dry air.ln case of wet air, the conductivity increases and tends to saturate, while the activation energy drops slowly, with increasing of water vapor pressure, PH2o. This phenomenon is explained in terms of defect species equilibrium and mechanisms of coexist of Proton and oxygen conduction.
