摘要 稳健设计是一个寻找可控因素最佳水平组合,使产品或系统对噪声因素不敏感的方法,是低成本高效益的质量工程方法.稳健设计的方法中,双响应曲面法有很好的应用前景.该法在数学上设计严谨,可靠性较高,分析全面,交互作用考虑明确,但该方法仍有一些不足的地方,例如当建立响应模型时,有部分关键参数需靠经验得出,试验和计算都需反复进行;若遇到干扰变量相关或变量的维数较高时,将会使模型的拟和变得非常复杂和困难.基于此,本文提出了改进的双响应曲面法,并通过数值算例证明了该方法的有效性. Robust design is a method which looks for the best combination of controlled factors,and it makes product or system not sensitive for noise factors,and it is a quality engineering method of low cost and high benefit.Dual response surface,one of the methods for robust design,has been used widely because it is designed scientifically in mathematics,analyzed comprehensively by considering the clear interaction,and the result has the reliability.But dual response surface still exists some disadvantages.For example when establishing response model,some key parameters only obtained by experience,therefore it need to do more experiments and repeat computing.If there are the related interference variables in experiments or the variables have higher dimension,the simulation by this method will become very complex and dif-ficult to compute.So we present an improved dual response surface method,and prove its validity by a numerical example.
