摘要
介绍500/350kW 660V 1100/2500 r/min高速直流电机设计理念,该电机对分析研制特殊环境下使用的高速直流电机及大功率无刷直流电机起到一定参考借鉴作用。该电机采用径向带通风沟、薄绝缘线圈解决热参数较高问题;采用绑环式换向器、无纬带绑扎电枢、高转速轴承解决电机高速运行时强度要求较高的问题。提供了详细的试验数据,证明电机设计的合理性及可行性。
This paper introduces the design principle of 500/350kW 660V 1100/2500r/min high-speed DC motor,and it can provide some reference to analyze and develop high-speed DC motor and large-output brushless DC motor used in special environment.This motor adopts radial ventilation duct structure,coils of it are coated with thin insulation layer,so they can solve the problem of high thermal parameters.The tie-ring commutator,armature banded with unidirectional bond tape and high-speed bearing are applied to settle the problem of high strength requirements in high-speed operation.This paper provides detailed test data of motor to prove the reasonableness and feasibility of design.
