摘要
着重介绍了直联式矿井提升用直流电机占地面积小、安装和检修维护方便等特点,特别是对电机的电磁参数、绕组形式、绝缘结构、锥套联接的结构特点,以及装拆方式等进行了详细介绍。现该类大型直联式矿井提升直流电机已广泛应用于各大煤矿,运行状况良好。
This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of direct-coupled DC motor for mine hoist application such as small occupancy area and easy installation,repair and maintenance,and especially describes the methods of assembly and disassembly of motor and structure characteristics of motor in electromagnetic parameters,winding type,insulation system and taper sleeve connection.This kind of motors has been widely used in each major coal mine and run well.
