摘要
目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法 200例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例,对照组给予聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗,观察组给予高强度聚焦超声联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率100.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,二者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两种方法治疗轻度宫颈糜烂或单纯型糜烂患者的疗效差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但对中度和重度宫颈糜烂或颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂,观察组具有明显的优势（P＜0.05）.结论 高强度聚焦超声联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效确切,不良反应小,尤其适用于中度和重度宫颈糜烂或颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂患者.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safe of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with policresu]en solution treatment patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods 200 cases patients with chronic cervicitis were divided randomly into the intervention group （ 100 cases） and the control group （ 100 cases） ; the patients in intervention group were treated with high intensity focused ultrasound combined with policresulen solution, the control group was treated with policresulen solution, the clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in intervention group was 100. 00%, higher than the 76.00% in control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The treatment effect of mild cervical erosion, or simple erosion between the two groups had no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , but the moderate and severe cervical erosion, or particle type and papillary cervical erosion has obvious advantages in intervention group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The high intensity focused ultrasound combined with policresulen solution is obviously effective and safe for cervical chronic cervicitis, with little side effects, and is specially suitable for the moderate and severe cervical erosion, or particle type and papillary cervical erosion.
