摘要
当前落实科学发展观,开展创先争优活动,实现社会全面协调可持续发展,必须加大干部教育培训力度,培养一支高素质的干部队伍,而高水平的公务员内部培训师则关系到干部教育培训的整体质量和实效性。但是,目前由于各种因素制约,一定程度上影响了他们的积极性。因此,文章从激励理论视角出发,对公务员内部培训师的激励问题进行研究探讨。对于如何调动他们的积极性,激发他们的活力提出一些建设性意见。
In order to implement the scientific outlook, the activity of excel performance and comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable development, the training of officials and their quality should be enhanced. The level of civil servant internal trainers has great impact on the efficiency of training. However, their motivation is negatively influenced by some reasons. Therefore this thesis will study the motivation of civil servant internal trainers from the perspective of motivation theory and give some proposals on how to stimulate their work efficiency.
