摘要
目的探讨改良简化阴式子宫切除术的安全性及优点。方法对2006年3月～2009年3月在鞍山市妇儿医院行改良阴式子宫切除术的148例患者与行传统阴式子宫切除术的147例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果改良组术中出血量、手术时间、术后发热时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间及术后病率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良简化阴式子宫切除术优于传统阴式子宫切除术。
Objective Research the security and advantage of the improved Transvaginal total hysterectomy. Methods Analysis of the clinical data between 148 improved Transvaginal total hysterectomy and 147 traditional transvaginal total hysterectomy from March 2006 to March 2009 in Anshan Women and Children hospital. Results Intraoperative Blood Loss, Operation time, postoperative fever time, flatus time, all data in improved group are obviously less than in traditional group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Improved transvaginal total hysterectomy exceed the traditional.
