摘要
Nephrin是肾小球裂孔膜上发现的第一个跨膜蛋白,在维持肾小球滤过屏障完整性及其正常功能过程中起关键作用。糖尿病肾病是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,糖尿病情况下nephrin表达和功能异常,使肾滤过膜结构与屏障功能完整性破坏,参与糖尿病肾小球硬化和蛋白尿的产生。进一步深入研究nephrin结构、功能及其影响因素等,有助于更好了解糖尿病肾病的发病机制,并对其诊断和治疗有重要的指导意义。
Nephrin is the first discovered component of glomerular slit diaphragm,which plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and normal function of glomerular filtration barrier.Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is a long-term complication of diabetes.Under the condition of diabetes,abnormal nephrin gene expression and function lead to the destruction of glomerular filtration membrane structure and barrier integrity and in turn results in diabetic glomerulosclerosis and proteinuria.Hence,further studies on nephrin will learn more about the pathogenesis of DN and provide a guide for the diagnosis and treatment of DN.
