摘要
保险业的国际化发展离不开教育的强力支撑。近年来我国保险教育取得了长足的发展,但是在数量上依然赶不上保险业发展的速度,在质量上尚不具备足够的国际竞争力。本文尝试分析高等教育的国际化与保险业的国际化给我国保险职业教育带来的机会与挑战,以及如何因势利导地制定符合我国保险职业教育发展的应对措施。
The international development of insurance industry is sure to be supported by education. During the past decades,the insurance vocational education has made good progress,though it is neither sufficient in quantity to keep up with the pace of insurance development,nor satisfactory in quality to compete with the international counterparts. This paper,on the basis of the trend of the internationalization of higher education and in- surance industry,analyzes the current situation and chanllenges that Chinese insurance educational institutes face. The author also proposes some suggestions on how to improve the international insurance education in China.
