摘要
保险职业道德伴随着保险业的产生、发展而存在和发展,并服务于保险。保险职业道德水平的高低,能够有效地促进或者制约保险业务发展。本文从保险职业道德是保险企业发展的内在动力、是保险企业文化建设的重要组成部分、是保险企业经营管理的共同要求、是保险从业人员的立业之本四个方面论述了保险职业道德在企业发展中的地位与作用。
Insurance professional morality develops with and serves the insurance industry. Insurance professional morality can promote or restrict the development of insurance business. This paper deals with the role of insurance professional morality in the insurance development, indicating that it is the incentive for the development of insurance enterprises, an important component of enterprise culture construction, the requirement of insurance operation and management, and the career foundation for insurance practitioners.
