摘要
目的 了解伴有恶性横纹肌样瘤特征的乳腺癌的组织学特征。方法 应用电镜及免疫组化技术，对４ 例特殊类型的乳腺癌进行研究。结果 部分癌细胞胞质中含大量８～１０ ｎｍ 的中间细丝束，它们环绕胞核或胞质内微囊，其间无密体、密斑。免疫组化显示这些癌细胞Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ 阳性，Ａｃｔｉｎ 阴性。结论 这些癌细胞是非肌源性，因其形态特征类似恶性横纹肌样瘤，故认为可称为伴恶性横纹肌样瘤特征的乳腺癌。
Objective To study histologic features of breast carcinoma with malignant rhabdoid tumor features. Methods Four cases of special type of breast carcinoma were studied by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results In some cancer cells, intracytoplasm contained numerous intermediate filaments with 8～10 nm in diameter. These filaments often were around nuclei and intracytoplasmic microcytes, but cytoplasmic filaments with dense bodies and dense plaques were not seen. Immunohistochemical staining for vimentin protein demonstrated positive, and for actin protein was negative. Conclusion The results does not support that these tumor cells show smooth muscle nature. This special type of breast tumor is considered as the breast cancer with feature of malignant rhabdoid tumor because of its obvious rhabdoid tumor characteristics.
