摘要
家族经营是企业发展的阶段选择而非持久的最优选择,从克服家族制弊端和企业长远发展角度而言,引入职业经理人是家族企业转型和社会化发展的必然选择。当前,家族企业在职业经理人聘用方面普遍存在信用、权力、期望和成本等四个误区,需要通过企业文化重构、权力体系重造、资本结构重组和激励机制重建来进行矫正。
Family management is a periodic choice for enterprise development,but not a permanent optimum choice.From the point of long-term enterprise development and overcoming the abuses of family system,the import of professional manager is an inevitable choice for family enterprise transformation and socialized development.Currently,there exist four misunderstandings on professional manager employment among family enterprises: credibility,power,expectation and cost.It needs enterprise culture reconstruction,power system remaking,capital structure reorganizing,and motivation mechanism rebuilding so as to correct the misunderstandings in the employment of professional manager.
