摘要
高职大学生自主创业人数逐渐增多,但成功率很低,主要根源在于其创新素质不高。因此,高职大学生亟需提高创新素质。高职院校需要更新教育理念,营造创新氛围,加强创新素质教育,完善大学生创新与创业知识结构,为大学生创业素质的提高与创业实践的成功奠定坚实的基础。
Under the employment situation,the number of higher vocational college student of self-employment is gradually increasing,but the success rate remains low,mainly rooted in a low innovative quality of the students.The solution to the problems lies in improving the innovative quality of higher vocational college students,updating the concept of higher vocational colleges,creating an innovative atmosphere,strengthening the innovative quality,improving the innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge structure of college students.The aim is to lay a solid foundation to improve the innovative quality of higher vocational college student and the success rate of entrepreneurial business practice.
