摘要
上海市公安局已建成了多个二维G IS系统,如上海市实有人口信息管理系统、上海市应急联动系统、案事件时空分析系统等,然而二维G IS在表现形式上缺失了三维空间信息,本文探讨了为何选取Skyline作为上海公安三维G IS展现应用系统的平台、如何有效管理、优化三维海量数据,生成三维场景,并针对上海市公安部门的实际业务需要进行了系统数据设计、总体框架设计和功能设计。
Shanghai Public Security Bureau（SPSB） has developed many 2D Geographical Information Systems,such as actual population information management system,emergency and combination system and criminal incident space-time analysis system.However,all these 2D systems have missed 3D spatial information in the form of expression.Details discussed in this paper included why Skyline software was selected as the platform of Public Security Bureau 3D GIS display and application system,how to optimize 3D data as well as how to generate 3D scene.Also,in accordance with the specific business demand of SPSB,this paper discussed the design of data,whole framework and function.
