摘要
当前空间信息服务存在同一性、被动性和无差别性等缺点,难以适应因人而异的空间信息人性化的服务需求。为了克服这些缺点,本文提出了空间信息个性化服务的思想。鉴于国内外空间信息个性化服务的研究相对较少,作者在分析数字图书馆、电子商务和web服务等相关领域中关于信息服务个性化的研究现状的基础上,讨论了空间信息个性化服务研究中的几个关键问题:用户建模技术、个性化服务推荐方法、服务质量评价、空间位置与空间关系对服务的控制等,以期为空间信息个性化服务方面的进一步研究提供参考。
Due to its passive,uniform and indistinctive characteristics to all customers,the current spatial information service is unable to meet various customer-specified requirements effectively.To advance humane and intelligent characters in spatial information services,a concept of personalized services in the spatial information field was proposed in this paper.Interrelated personalized information services in digital libraries,e-commerce and web services were discussed to inspire and identify key research points on spatial information services.These points included user modeling technologies,personalized recommendation algorithms,service quality evaluation approaches and methods on service control using spatial positions and spatial relationships.Since there are limited international studies available on spatial information personalized services,the core research points identified here were expected to invite further investigations to advance spatial information services.
