摘要
针对卧式单缸柴油机燃油供给系的结构特点,利用发动机试验台架,就燃油温度对ZH1110柴油机动力性和经济性的影响进行了测试研究。结果表明,燃油温度变化对发动机输出扭矩、有效功率、燃油消耗量及燃油消耗率有着较大的影响。燃油温度从333K下降到313K时,其输出的有效转矩与有效功率增加,燃油消耗率减小,据此提出了在柴油机检测和使用过程中应注意的问题。
For the structural characteristics of the horizontal single-cylinder diesel engine fuel supply system,the effects of fuel temperature on the power and economic performance of ZH1110 diesel are tested and studied by using the engine test bench.The results showed that temperature changes have a greater impact on diesel engine output torque,effective power,fuel consumption and fuel consumption rate.As fuel temperature goes down from 333K to 313K,the diesel engine's effective output torque and effective power increase,and fuel consumption rate decreases.we proposed that the problem of testing and the use of the process should pay attention to in the diesel engine accordingly.
