摘要
鸡舍光照度对鸡的生长、发育、产蛋量、蛋的大小和蛋壳厚度都有影响。为此,针对半开放式蛋鸡舍结构的特点,设计开发了半开放式蛋鸡舍光照控制系统。该系统以单片机STC89S52为微控制器,选用TSL2516光强传感器,通过光电耦合器与继电器控制鸡舍光源,同时将光强传感器采集的光强数据经过微控制器传送到上位机进行数据分析。该系统根据光强传感器所采集的光强数据,通过一定算法,能够实现鸡舍内的光照度按照设定值自动调控。试验结果表明:对半开放式蛋鸡舍试用的光照度调控系统进行光照度调控,既可以保证蛋鸡的光照要求,又可以节约电能,具有推广价值。
The illumination of a laying house has an effect on the growth and development of chickens,laying capacity,egg size and shell thickness.According to the structural characteristics of semi-open henhouse,an illumination control system of semi-open henhouse is designed and developed in this paper.The design takes micro-controller STC89S52 as control central,use TSL2516 luminous intensity sensor,to control the light source of laying house by the optocoupler and relay,at the same time light intensity data are sent to upper computer for data analysis.According to data collected from luminous intensity sensor,through a certain algorithm can achieve automatic control of light intensity of henhouse in accordance with set values.The results showed that: Control of illumination to the semi-open henhouse,can meet the requirements of illumination,yet at the same time it can save energy,result shows that the system is worth promoting.
